Captn Pryn joined us and we came on board of the Duke of York
… after dinner all hands with most of the passengers assembled [?]
… on the quater deck haveing hoisted the Bethel flag…
… ist head we commenced the worship of God with singing
Mr English offered a most solemn and affectionate prayer to the All mighty
God to bless us and give us grace to serve Him we sung again in hymn and
Captn Pryn spoke and exhorted from 13th
Chaptr Paul’s epistle to the corinthians 11th verce Finally brethering

and the God of love and peace shall be with you Mr English
spoke on the good resulting from giveing up ourselves to God
[? and] creator our whole hearts unto him and lives and said many lost
the love and favour of God through fear of man he spoke
of the many prayers and intercessions of Gods people in our
society for us Captn Pryn offered a most affectionate prayer to
Allmighty God for us and all mankind many tears was shead
and I hope the seed sown that will be blessed of the Lord
without whose help the labourer laboureth in vain I went on
shore after service and bid farewell to my christian Bretheren
